The things people ask us most before booking concrete work in Savannah: how to get a quote, what it costs, scheduling, and what to expect on the day. Don't see yours? Just call us.
Call or text us at (912) 388-1825, or fill out the form on the site. Tell us what you're thinking about and roughly where you are, and we'll set up a time to come measure. You get a written price you can sit with. Nothing you have to decide on the spot.
No. We come out, measure, talk through your options, and send a written estimate for free. There's no obligation to book once you have it.
Not much. A rough idea of what you want and where it goes is plenty. If you have a survey, HOA guidelines, or photos of the area, those help us get the number right, but they aren't required. We'll figure out access, grading, and drainage when we're on site.
It moves with the weather and the season. We'll give you a realistic window when we quote the job instead of promising a date we can't hit. Concrete is weather-sensitive, so we'd rather push a pour a day than pour into a storm.
Most residential jobs are a few days of work: a day or so for demo and base prep, the pour itself, then cure time before you use it. A big commercial lot or a multi-part job takes longer. We'll lay out the timeline for your specific project up front.
Usually not, as long as we can get to the work area and you're reachable by phone if something comes up. We do like to walk the job with you at the start and again at the end, so plan to be around for those two.
You'll know the full price from the written estimate, so there are no surprise charges tacked on at the end. We go over accepted payment methods and any deposit when we confirm the job, before any work starts.
Yes. If something isn't right and it traces back to how we poured or prepped the job, we come back and fix it. All concrete can hairline-crack as it ages, and that's normal, but settling, spalling, or a control-joint failure from our work is on us.
We're based in Savannah and cover Chatham County plus Pooler, Richmond Hill, Garden City, and across the river into Hardeeville, SC. The service-area page has the full list. If you're close to the line and not sure, just ask. Chances are we cover it.
Concrete pours fine year-round here, but the shoulder seasons of spring and fall are easiest. Our summer heat and humidity speed up the cure, so on hot days we schedule pours for the cooler part of the day and manage the cure so the slab reaches full strength. We work around the weather rather than against it.
Give it time before you load it: usually a day or two before you walk on it and about a week before you drive on it. After that it's low-maintenance. Keep it clean, and if you have a sealed or decorative surface, plan to reseal it every couple of years. We'll walk you through the care for your specific finish before we leave.
