Concrete Leveling

Concrete Leveling

Raise sunken, uneven slabs back to level, faster and cheaper than a full replacement.

When a slab sinks, you don’t always need to replace it. Concrete leveling raises sunken driveways, walkways, patios, and garage floors back to where they belong, restoring a safe, even surface in a fraction of the time and cost of a full tear-out and re-pour.

Why concrete sinks in the Lowcountry

Savannah’s sandy, shifting coastal soil washes out and compacts unevenly, leaving voids beneath your concrete. Over time the slab settles into those gaps, creating trip hazards, low spots that pool water, and doors or gates that no longer clear. Leveling fills those voids and lifts the slab, treating the cause rather than just the symptom.

A faster, more affordable fix

Because we lift your existing slab instead of demolishing and re-pouring it, leveling is quicker, cheaper, and far less disruptive. Most surfaces are ready to use again the same day. If a slab is cracked as well as sunken, we’ll also look at concrete repair, and if it’s beyond saving we’ll be straight with you about replacement. Either way, you’ll get an honest written estimate.

Your options

Slabs we level.

If a slab has sunk but is still in good shape, leveling is usually the fast, affordable fix.

Driveways

Lift sunken driveway sections and trip-hazard joints back to level.

Walkways & sidewalks

Eliminate uneven, hazardous sections in paths and public walks.

Patios

Raise settled patio slabs and fix low spots that pool water.

Garage & shop floors

Level sunken interior slabs so doors clear and floors drain right.

Our process

How we deliver your concrete leveling.

01

Inspect & estimate

We assess the sunken slab and the soil beneath it, then provide a written quote.

02

Drill access ports

We drill small, strategically placed holes through the slab to reach the voids underneath.

03

Inject & lift

We pump leveling material through the ports to fill the voids and raise the slab back to level.

04

Patch & clean

We fill the ports and clean the surface. The slab blends back in and is ready to use.

05

Same-day use

With no demolition or curing of a new pour, most surfaces are usable again the same day.

Estimating

What affects your concrete leveling cost.

Every project is different, so we give a written quote after seeing the site. These are the factors that move the number up or down.

Slab size and weight

Larger, heavier slabs take more material to lift and stabilize.

How far it has sunk

A slab that's dropped significantly needs more fill to bring back to level.

Size of the voids

Extensive washout or large voids beneath the slab use more material.

Access

Hard-to-reach slabs or those under structures can add labor.

Slab condition

A slab that's badly cracked as well as sunken may need repair or replacement instead.

Answers

Concrete Leveling questions, answered.

We drill small ports in the slab, pump a leveling material underneath to fill the voids that caused the sinking, and lift the slab back to level. Then we patch the holes. No demolition or re-pouring.
