Concrete Repair

Concrete Repair

Restore cracked, pitted, or crumbling concrete, without the cost of a full replacement where a repair will do.

Not every cracked or worn slab needs to be torn out. We repair driveways, walkways, patios, and slabs across the Savannah area, restoring the look and safety of your concrete for a fraction of the cost of a full replacement, when a repair is the right call.

What we repair

Coastal Georgia’s soil, heat, and heavy rain take a toll on concrete. We fix surface cracks and structural cracks, resurface slabs that have started to spall, pit, or flake, and address uneven sections that have become trip hazards. If a slab has settled, concrete leveling may be the better fix, and we’ll point you to whichever approach is right.

An honest assessment first

Sometimes a repair buys you years; sometimes a slab is too far gone and a fresh pour is the smarter spend. We’ll look at the damage, explain your options plainly, and give you a written estimate with no pressure, so you can decide with the full picture. If replacement is the answer, we handle that too, from driveways to foundations and slabs.

Our process

How we deliver your concrete repair.

01

Honest assessment

We inspect the damage and tell you plainly whether a repair, leveling, or replacement is the right call.

02

Written estimate

You get a clear, no-pressure quote for the approach that makes the most sense for your concrete and budget.

03

Prep the area

We clean and prepare the cracks or surface, routing out cracks or profiling slabs so repairs bond properly.

04

Repair or resurface

We fill and seal cracks, resurface spalled areas, or replace sections that are too far gone.

05

Finish & blend

We finish the repair to blend with the surrounding concrete as closely as the materials allow, then clean up.

Estimating

What affects your concrete repair cost.

Every project is different, so we give a written quote after seeing the site. These are the factors that move the number up or down.

Type and extent of damage

A few cracks cost far less than widespread spalling or multiple failing sections.

Repair vs. resurface vs. replace

Filling cracks is the least costly; resurfacing and section replacement cost more.

Surface area

Larger areas need more material and labor, especially for resurfacing.

Cause of the damage

If a failing base or settling is behind the cracks, addressing the cause adds to a simple patch.

Finish matching

Blending color and texture on decorative or aged concrete can take extra work.

Answers

Concrete Repair questions, answered.

If the base is sound and the damage is limited, repair or resurfacing is usually the better value. Widespread cracking, heaving, or a failing base typically means replacement. We'll assess it and give you an honest recommendation.
